Was hoping to get one of the studs on defense but I needed a RT and got a decent one.

Yeah I got a LT myself to go along with the RB I got earlier. I am happy with my 1st round picks, I have no 2nd but 3 3rds so hopefully I can get a gem or 2 out of those 3

I think three steals of the first round were picks no. 22, 23, and 25. Carolina was able to grab the top receiving talent in the draft, a great pick overall at number 22. Baltimore was able to get a potential franchise QB, an excellent pick at 23, even if he is "tier 2." At number 25, Tampa grabbed the man I was eyeing, who actually has a higher future RB rating than Daniel Chang. Need I mention that Tampa's owner has complete dominance over Custom 21? He knew what he was doing with that pick, grabbing who I think is the best runner in the draft. I got an improvement at WR, a pretty major one considering that my best WR is in the mid-seventies and is 10 years into the league, and the rest of my receivers are aging, as well.

a 77 speed back isn't a steal in round 1. Change should be the more effective back unless he busts.

I definitely like Lindy better. He has more burst speed than Chang, and is able to reach his max speed quicker. He's not as strong, but still has a pretty high strength rating. Lindberg has a much higher discipline rating, and is capable of being a minor pass catcher out of the back field, with a higher catch rating than Chang. They both will max out on ball carrying, but Lindberg has a higher ball carrying rating right now. He also is going to be better at breaking tackles. He will max out on avoiding fumbles, which is definitely a major convenience, while Chang will only ever reach 68 and is currently at a dismal 17. Lindberg will be a better blocker. So while Lindberg isn't as fast or strong as Chang, I like him better in every single way except for reception courage and route running, but he'll have stickier fingers which will help to soothe that weakness. That's why the rating system has his RB score at 84 versus Chang's 78 in the Positions tab.

Chang IS a size-speed freak, the type that O-coordinators love, like Donte Moncrief and Keith Marshall. I'm not discrediting him at all. In fact, I think both are excellent options are RB in a draft class that is pretty thin at the position. Kutos to New England and Tampa for getting two great guys.

I'd be thrilled to get my hands on Block or Stegall at FB this round, despite their lacks in speed. I also like some of the wide receivers, and I'd like to add another one in the next two rounds of this draft.

I really like Chicago's 1st round pick. He's going to be a difference maker at wherever they decide to plug him in on offense. He's a better runner than both Chang and Lindberg. He can receive pretty well, but I like Fordyce and Flores better at receiver. He's a terrific blocker, and I can see him being placed virtually anywhere not called Quarterback on offense. Their second round pick is pretty good, too. I think they've added some great offensive firepower better so far.

I rated Flores higher than Fordyce at WR. They are both very close but I gave Flores the edge due to his size and run blocking. Fordyce is still a very good pick at 22.

Well, WLB Samuel Shepard has made my 3-4 LB Corp rather insane.

Of course... I need these guys to hit their Max for this to be the case. Around Week 10 my Defense should be something really sinister.

Ok, that's it! My team... poof! I put some of my premiere starters on the trade block, as well as two back-up DEs that are two of the highest-rated players on the trading block. I need draft picks for next year's draft, because I'm not going to get talent at most of my needed positions this year. I'm not putting my QB up for grabs, or my two bookend DEs, but basically everyone else that I haven't drafted this year is ready to be traded for draft picks. Even if they're not on the trading block, as long as I get a decent return for them, I'm fine trading away my whole team. Even Chase, the highest-rated QB in the league. For some, the asking price will be high, others low, but I'm hoping that I'll get some bites anyways. Class of 2024, here I come!

And another good pick by Chicago, grabbing Richard Pena! Congrats, Chicago! He was my #1 LB on my draft board, since I knew I wouldn't have a chance with the high-ranked guys.

Well, I'm down to the long of it.

Couldn't get back into the 2nd Round, and got about 6 guys I still consider worth Drafting at Positions I need.

If I can swing 3 of them, it will be a miracle. 2 would be a blessing. I'm realistically looking at 1.

But we'll see how it plays out and if a Run happens or not before the 3rd.
