I agree that the AFC is a bit down this season and, unfortunately, there has been high turnover rate in GMs - which accounts for some of the schitzoid rosters in the league. (What happened to Tennessee 's GM? He lasted all of about 35 days.) However, the NFC has a lot of veteran talent on the GM side (and the AFC has more than a couple of very capable GMs with contending rosters). So there are still quite a few challenges each season.
More importantly, I'd have to quit my day job if I were to take on another team. As I have mentioned before, it's all that I can handle to game plan for just one team. The game s quite intricate if you delve into the details and plan accordingly - which I prefer over macro-managing a team.
Besides, if I were to abandon SD, it would be after a season is completed - just to see things through.
Please try to recruit a couple of your better colleagues to play in MFN-7 - where there are two open teams. More long term, stable and talented GMs would be most welcome.
