This game is empty calorie entertainment for me, and a daily 10-15 min distraction per league. I win a game, I move on to a gameplan. I lose, well that sucks, I move on to a gameplan.
Most people in this game are friendly enough to offer advice and feedback. Just because I’ve reached out to Smirt doesn’t mean we are best friends. He and I have 21 private messages between each other. I have 42 with you. You must be my super duper best friend!
Please look at those private messages that started when you joined earlier this year. I’ve offered help multiple times on coach hires, game strategy, helped you get out of an $81 million over the cap mess without losing your better players to auto cuts by the sim. Then I stayed away from you over the summer as all you were doing was talking trash on these boards about me as well as other players. I wasn’t going to continue to offer help if that was your view. I’ve also offered help to Shanman, who thanked me but said he wanted to try to figure things out on his own, and he liked the challenge of a rebuild.
So in the end, I’ve offered or given more help to you than anyone else in this league, maybe that’s because I don’t feel I have much to offer. Or I’m mostly quiet on league and community boards so I’m not considered as a good source of info so no one asks. But I’m happy to help new and current owners. Just dont expect trashing me after I give it.
I’m done with this topic though. If you stay in the league I wish you continued improvement. If you abandon your team, I hope you find what you are looking for with your new franchise. Best of luck to you.
