Trades and Extensions

When will be able to trade again? Also, what happens if we sign our players to extensions but we end up going over the salary cap for the remainder of this season? Will we get a message saying to get it under the salary cap either before our next game or as the games happen in the postseason?

So everyone is just going to ignore me? Wow. What a helpful community this is. Tampa Bay wants to hide and message in that little bubble but nobody wants to actually talk here now.
