Thank you. Great season to you, too.

4/22, date you took the team. Which is fine since you were there for the tail end of the regular season. If someone picks up a conference final entrant and attempts to get a 2-off title - then I really get fired up. (2-off being 2 scouting events)

4/22 didn't really bother me but I gotta find something to motivate myself to match the competition coming back at me. :)

I don’t get how he took the team and basically got this team to go on a Cincinnati Bengals like Super Bowl run. Getting in the playoffs for the first time here and then reaching all the way to the Super Bowl as an underdog. Both happen to be in the AFC North by the way. So I don’t know what I did wrong that maybe I could do better. Other than the fact that Tennessee just doesn’t lose like your team that being Tampa Bay doesn’t.

GM skill level.

arscola is highly competitive. I haven't checked up on him recently but he could very well be banging out 14-15 win seasons.

Play selection and deep knowledge of the game. Knowing what works and knowing what will get you buzzed - hit with a buzzer - wrong answer; you failed and now get hit with a TD etc.

Here's the truth. Instead of hitting the board you gotta hit the lab and dig in.

I just had a current day elite GM PM me for advice and I gave it. I'll aid here and there. I won't give away the world but I WILL help.
