I have updated my players on the trading block, adding some pretty good players.

I am reluctlantly coming to the conclusion that my team as currently built is not going to compete for a championship. Therefore, I am looking to begin my rebuilding process.

I am primarily looking for draft picks or young players with good potential.

All offers will be considered, but in regard to draft picks, I am only interested in picks for rounds 1-4. Some of these players would require a 1st round pick, or equivalent talent in return.

I think Tampa Bay woke its players with its announcement of a huge trading block. Since the announcement, Tampa Bay has outscored its opponents 139-3. A giant awakens. :-)

It also coincides with deciding to start my rookie QB and RB.

My vets just weren't getting it done. Hopefully this trend will continue.
