Minnesota, you traded for a DE with a huge salary that you couldn't afford and were over the cap when the trade was made. You made no adjustments to your roster, so when week 3 game was run and you were over the cap, the sim is forced to cut players off of your team to get below the cap, so Mathes as well as 5 other players were cut from your team when Game week 3 was run. Has zero to do with an injury not being revealed by Denver, and if he was cut because he "failed a physical" the only person that did that was you. Every owner in the league would have accepted your trade offer...play smarter.
