Hmm, not understanding this one.
Is John Horne going to be a 191 pound Zone Linebacker? That Speed is awful for a DB (and for a LB really), but he can Tackle and Zone, so there are some very slight uses for him.
But I'm looking at it from the outside, would love to here what Jacksonville sees in Horne and how they plan to utilize him. After all, I could be missing something here and I'm always willing to learn more.
But at this point, I'd have to call this Trade a 'Win' for Cincinnati.
