Viewing other teams depth charts...

Hi all. Finished with the draft and and looking through my players as well as those of other teams. My first game is against Detroit and I was wondering if there is an easy way to see their depth chart or do I have to manually go through all of their players individually?

Interesting site here, having some trouble finding some things, but I hope to get used to it in time.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for playing! Right now you can't see your opponent's depth charts, the reason being that we didn't want to encourage any gamesmanship (i.e. players changing their depth chart moments before the sim to try to throw off an upcoming opponent). You can get a good idea of who is most likely on the top of the depth charts by looking at their roster and sorting by the current value, which is also all the information the AI uses if you Rex your gameplan.

Hope that helps - please continue to ask any questions you might have!

Ahh... I see. Well, there goes my silly naive nature again. There you go proving that I am obviously not cut out for NFL level management. I would have been one of those brave and foolhardy British infantry officers who continued to battle "honorably" in the open fields with pipes and drumming while the "Yankees" picked us off one by one in the field. HA!

I never imagined such a tactic, but I suppose I must be grateful for your enlightenment. I will keep it in mind in the future.

Take good care!

Haha, if only everyone felt that way it would make my job a lot easier! :-)
