Well, hello folks!
As sad as it might seem, I will not be renewing for the next season. Yes, even as my team rides 3 game winning streak and things are looking "up", I must face the facts, my internet service is just not up to par to make the experience very rewarding for me. Living in a rural area has many internet related challenges (such as little to no streaming video service) and the last few weeks have just shown that we have too spotty of internet service to continue on as it is here. No, they have no ETA for service improvements.
MFN is easy on the bandwidth, relatively. But, for example, the forums take about 3 minutes to appear (after clicking they menu link). It is really just too much lag for me to enjoy.
SO... Here is the crux of this post... I will be departing following this season. As a result, I know that the team will be taken over by a computer owner and all trades/draft picks will be held in its iron jaws until a human owner takes over (if ever). I wanted to know if it is proper to suggest that other owners made REASONABLE offers for players currently on the team. I personally feel that draft picks for a future human owner of the Broncos might be better than the current situation with the team and approaching free agency. I'd hate for a few of these players to be stuck on a computer owned team if there are human players who would really like to have them around.
If there is an objection to this attitude/philosophy, then feel free to make your case (I haven't really thrown a lot of philosophical thought into this). Otherwise, feel free to make reasonable trade offers (heavy on future draft picks) and I will consider them. Thanks to all who helped me get rolling here (there are several of you, but DetroitLeo ought to be the commissioner and welcome wagon coordinator!), too bad our internet service just can't keep it something I can deem reasonable.
