Why am I so terrible with trades?

It’s just that I’ve been trying to formulate trades but they’ve been unsuccessful.

Most trades will be unsuccessful. Just keep swinging. Don’t accept a trade unless you like it. Sometimes when you go back a forth you may be tempted to give more than you want just to get it done. Be careful with that.

I also suggest don’t trade away a ton of picks for current players unless you’re close to having a very strong team. You don’t want to gut your future drafts.

Yeah I’ve definitely learned that thanks to the Herschel Walker trade. Seeing how the Cowboys dynasty in the 90s’ was born after how they had started under Jimmy Johnson and Troy Aikman initially.
