Draft Pool Included with Free Agents

During the post-season, if you do a player search and select "Free Agents" as the team, the results will include players from the upcoming draft class.

If you just click to view all Free Agents, they do not appear.

What league are you seeing this? And is it on the preview or the non-preview version?
