Roster Size Question

During free agency & the draft, i'm now over 60 players.
When do I need to get to the 60 number?

Prior to Training Camp?
Preseason Wk1?

It's my first off season so i'm clueless.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You must go into training camp with no more than 60 players.
